Day 1



I’ve never realized this before, but every day is a great day to begin something. 

This is my first day off caffeine and on my 6-day per week yoga practice. Inside, I’ve felt a combination of anticipation and dread, but as with many things, it’s not as earth-quaking as I thought it would be. I’m still just here, practicing living without judgement, and the only real difference is that I’m one morning stronger than I was last night.
